When was the last time you dreamed big?

The kind of dream that excites and scares you in equal measure.

This summer, I challenged myself with a simple but profound question:

“What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail?”

At first, I found it hard to generate ideas.

My mind kept circling back to limitations:

“You can’t do that.”

“You’d need X, Y, Z.”

“How would that even work?”

I had to remind myself:

This wasn’t about reality.

This was about possibility.

It was a visual exercise in the mind.

And what I needed wasn’t inspiration, it was surrender.

Surrendering imposter syndrome.

Letting go of the limiting beliefs.

Releasing the pressure of why and embracing the openness of why not.

I experimented.

At first, the ideas were all work-related.

But then, something new emerged.

A recurring vision, one that excited and scared me in equal measure:

Hosting a 3-night men’s retreat.

Somewhere remote.

Surrounded by nature.

No tech, no slides, no surface talk.

A space to unplug, connect and transform.

To have conversations rooted in vulnerability, emotion and growth.

A holistic, transformative experience exploring:

  • Family & Relationships
  • Health & Fitness
  • Spirituality & Beliefs
  • Careers & Business
  • Money & Wealth
  • Personal Development & Learning

The more I sat with it, the more it felt like a matter of when, not if.

This isn’t a public declaration……..yet.

But I’m sharing it in case it sparks something in you.

Because dreaming big isn’t just for kids.

It’s for the grown versions of us who forgot how to imagine without limits.

So, I’ll leave you with this: What’s the dream that’s been quietly waiting for you to believe in it again?
