Where there is space, there is potential.
However, it’s hard for many of us to make space.
Our lives are full of distractions.
We are bombarded daily with messages, content on social media, meetings and calls.
It has become increasingly more difficult for us to make space for ourselves. It is one of the big reasons I am an advocate of digital retreats (s/o. Unplugged).
I believe that we can only truly develop and grow if we create space for ourselves and space within our organisations. How can you….

❤️ And do what you love
If you don’t do the inner work of reflecting, meditating, and just being still by creating space for yourself, how can you grow and change?
From here, we can embrace our unique strengths, talents, and qualities and better acknowledge them in others.
To better deal with the increasingly complex issues and challenges we face, organisations must create the space for their people to show more of themselves and bring more of their talent.
That’s what I believe.
